Add a New Member to Your Organization

You can invite as many new members to your organization as needed

All members of your organization have access to the teams/schemas/projects available

List of All Members of the Organization

  1. Expand the Profile menu and select Members
  1. All the members added to your organization will be visible

Adding a New Member

  1. Expand the Profile menu and select Members
  1. Click on the button Add A New Member
  1. Fill out their details - all the fields are mandatory:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Email
      1. Email must be unique within the platform, in case of errors please contact support@begin.ai
  1. Click on the button Add Member
  1. Once the account is created, you will be presented with the new member password. Share the password information with them
